Get Your School Stuff Organized

We're almost halfway through the summer vacation, and if you haven't gotten started with planning for the coming school year, now is as good a time as any. If you've got all of your books in, why don't you start by filling out a "Course of Study" for each of your kiddies. If you haven't done this before, you might want to take a look at this form. It's a great "at-your-fingertips" record of what your kids are using, and it might help you sort through what you have and what you need to get. Another great site for pre-formatted stuff is The Home School Mom. Go directly to the printables area there at Free Homeschool Planner and Organizer. It's also a great general homeschooling reference site, and includes a nice big list of free online unit studies.
