Still getting your stuff together for the coming school year right? Here's a great place to get those line drawings of maps for whatever regions you'll be studying, all free and printable: Houghton-Mifflin Education Place. It has the cleanest looking maps. If, however, you're looking for something more specific, head on over to About.com maps. You can get a map of almost any country or region from there and that first site is linked from there, too.

While you're out and about on the web, check out Paper Crafts from Cannon. They offer paper projects for famous buildings from around the world. The graphics are nice and the instructions are clear. So after you get a map for your region, you can print out a paper project to go with it!
