Underwater Archaeology?!!

Have you ever wondered how those wacky scientists go about finding the proverbial "needle in a haystack?" It's all done with sonar, you say. Yeah, that's true, but have you ever tried to interpret a sonar reading? This site is interactive, kid-friendly, and meaty enough for Mom or Dad to get something out of. The Museum of Underwater Archaeology's Children's Introduction to Underwater Archaeology is the place to get a great look at what goes on in the field and to get to try some of it out from the dry comfort of your desktop.
